Next, we move on to Financial Eligibility Assessment, where we’ll help you determine if you qualify for student funding to cover your tuition and living expenses. We’ll guide you through the eligibility requirements, explaining the different types of financial aid you may be eligible for, including loans, grants, and bursaries. We’ll also provide an estimate of how much funding you could receive, helping you understand the total financial support available to you. Additionally, we’ll explore other options for financial assistance, such as scholarships or work-study opportunities. Once we’ve helped you identify the right program, we’ll guide you through the Admission Process. We assist you in gathering all necessary documents, completing your application, and ensuring you meet the college’s admission criteria. We’ll walk you through the requirements, such as transcripts, application forms, and any other supporting documents needed for a successful submission. After submitting your application, we’ll refer you directly to the college, ensuring everything is in order. Once you’re successfully admitted, the college will take over with the next steps. Our goal is to make the admission process as smooth and stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on your academic future and preparing for the next chapter of your education. Additionally, we provide ongoing support throughout the application process, answering any questions or concerns you may have along the way.

After you’ve been admitted, we continue to support you during the Learning and Academic Success phase. While we can't directly intervene with academic concerns like issues with modules or feedback about instructors, we assist in raising and following up on these concerns with the college, ensuring they're addressed quickly. We also provide resources and tips to help you manage your workload and study effectively. If you receive government funding, we’ll help you understand your student awards, including loans and grants, and guide you on managing your finances. While any issues with loan repayment or disbursement should be handled directly with Alberta Student Aid or National Student Loans Services, we’ll provide contact details and assist with communication to make the process easier. If any changes arise in your academic or financial situation, we’ll guide you on the next steps, ensuring you're supported throughout your studies and stay on track for success.

Finally, as you approach the Graduation and Career Advancement phase, we’re here to assist you with resume building, if needed. We’ll offer guidance on how to highlight your skills and experiences effectively. While we can provide tips and resources for preparing for interviews, we cannot guarantee successful hiring, as this is ultimately determined by the employer and the job market.

Student Success Overview

This is an overview before we can proceed in submitting your information and documents to your preferred college. As well as determining your funding eligibility for any available offer such as; Student Loan / Student Grants, Scholarship, Apprentice / Training Grants.

One of our agents will send you the form, or you can provide your email address for us to forward it directly. This assessment helps us understand your academic goals and funding eligibility.

You will be scheduled for a free 5-minute consultation with one of our advisors. If you’d like to book directly with our director, please complete the form provided.

Before proceeding, you will be asked to review and sign our agreement. This gives us consent to collect and use your personal information and supporting documents needed for your application.

Once we have the required information, we’ll review it and provide tailored guidance, including referrals to resources and funding options.

After the consultation, you’ll have time to carefully review your options. We encourage you to research programs, talk to other advisors, and make an informed choice without pressure.

When you’ve finalized your choice, we will help submit your interest to your preferred college. Please prepare the documents required for the college’s pre-admission checklist.

Some colleges require an interview with prospective students to confirm program fit and maintain professional standards. We strongly support honesty and transparency in this process, as integrity benefits both students and colleges and aligns with government policy.

You may submit your loan application through your province’s website before or after the interview. Applying early helps determine eligibility and gives you time to explore alternatives if funding is not approved. Most colleges also allow students to begin classes while waiting for loan approval, with no upfront fees required if an application is later found ineligible or rejected.

Once your admission is confirmed and funding is in process, you’ll attend orientation. This is your chance to meet instructors, staff, and classmates, and get familiar with your program.

I'm a previous student. Can I still apply?

Yes, you can still apply for a new program. However, if you’ve previously accessed government-funded student loans or grants, we’ll need to check whether you’re still eligible. This usually depends on how much of your lifetime loan or grant limit has been used.

I’ve recently applied. Can you still help if I want to switch?

We can help, but it depends on how far along you are in the process. If you’ve already signed a contract, received your funding, or started your classes, your options may be limited—but not impossible. Let us know your current situation, and we’ll help you explore what’s possible.

I applied through someone else but haven’t heard back. Can you assist me instead?

If someone else is already assisting you for an active application, we recommend checking in with them first—especially if an application has already been successfully submitted. Duplicate submissions can sometimes cause conflicts, miscommunication, delays, or even can affect your funding eligibility if you've already applied for one.
